Return & Refund Policy

At MessyBun, we believe in keeping things simple — including our policies.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our hair care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to fix it.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was on our end.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation will not be possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind
  • Results not meeting expectations

Hair care results depend on consistency and individual differences, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
